Point Of View: As The Caseworker

I am a caseworker at the Department of Youth Services, Spenser stopped by my office because he wanted a back around check on Major. So went he arrive at my office, i ask him to have sit so we can get right to work. I had a big manila folder open on her desk. i started by saying Major is real even though it sounds like a street handle then Spenser laughed and said oh i knew that. Major Johnson has done through a rough live, i said then Spenser said, really then i nodded and said "In his first eighteen years he was arrested thirty-eight times and in the twenty-seven months preceding his eighteenth birthday he was arrested twenty times." As Spenser was taking notes he said, "when he turned eighteen he went off the list." Then i said, he is no longer a juvenile and i also mention that he should see major's probation officer or the youth gang unit at BPD. At this point Spenser wants to get all the info he could get, so he asks, "what were the offenses?" all thirty-eight of them, i said. then he said I'm afraid i won't have the time to hear them all, but just give me a sense of it. i started listing, "drugs, intent to sell, assault, possession of burglary tools, possession of machine gun and suspicious of rape" you get the idea. Then, he asks, how much times inside. As i glanced down at the folder on my desk. Six months, i said. Then Spenser said, this Major kid is a huge case. he shook his head as he close the pad he was taking notes on, then tells that all the time i have today. So, i set up a next day appointment with Spenser to finish up the meeting.

My point if view on:16 and pregnant (Chelsea)

I think the episode about Chelsea reflects the reality of parent hood, pregnancy, and family responsibilities. For example the reality of parent hood I feel that if you have a child both the mother and the father need to take care of their child and love him/her equally. Second would be pregnancy if you choose to have sex you show be prepared for the consequences and if you have a baby you and the father need to step up and take care of the baby and do what you have to do to make sure that your child will be ok.
My third example would be family responsibilities from my point of view I think that both parents need to share the responsibilities and respect each other mentally, physically, emotionally. In conclusion these are some of the reasons why I think the episode about Chelsea reflects the reality of parent hood, pregnancy, and family responsibilities.

Dr. Shirley Jackson's Inventions

Dr. Shirley Jackson's invention have a huge impact in popular culture in multiply ways. If it wasn't for Dr. Jackson's inventions it would be very hard to communicate in today's society. Dr. Jackson's telecommunication invention have play a big role in today's pop culture.
Dr. Jackson's great inventions solar cells phones, potable faxing, fiber optic cable, call waiting, touch tone telephones, and caller id. For example, with out her solar cell phones people now in days would not have been able to communicate unless you were at your homes. The second example of a great invention of hers is faxing with out faxing we would have to wait for days to get important documents to each other because we would have to send it by mail. the third example is fiber optic, fiber optic is so important because before her invention people used to have problems hearing well over the phone specially went calling other countries, but because of her invention people don't that problem anymore. My fourth example would be call waiting because in stead of hagging up on a person when you need to talk to some one else why not just put them on hold. the next reason why i think that her inventions are so great is because of caller id with out this you would not know who is calling you. The fifth example, touch tone telephones are very important because it allows us to communicate with each other fast and easier specially when your in other countries. In conclusion i think that it would be very hard to communicate with each other with out all these extraordinary inventions that affected popular culture in such a great way by Dr.Shirley Jackson

My View On The Real World DC

My opinion of the real world is that it is very diverse. The few reasons why i believe the show is diverse is because their bisexuals, atheist and very different people living under one roof. First, the nice guy with the green eyes and the athletics body name Mike reveals that he is bisexual. And he also mention that, he is beginning to be comfortable with his sexuality. There is also i girl by the name of Emily who has very religious parents and believe it or not she is also bisexual. Second, you have the atheist guy name Ty who believe,"people who believe in god are stupid" and that's when the MTV's tag line "what happens when people stop being polite and start being real" for the show made sense to me. And you also have Emily who agrees with ty's opinion because of her childhood experiences. Emily also does not believe in god because she was force to be religious in a very early age, for example her parents would made her go to church and pray instead of studying for a math test. Lastly, the show have very different people, you have Andrew who is so random, he wear random glasses and a random panda hat. Callie who is a photographer and lived in a small town. Josh who is very open minded and you also Ashley the artistic diva all living under the one roof.
I think People can benefit from this show because it teaches people to be open minded about other people's believes. The show also educate people that it is ok to be different because that's what makes us all unique.
